Refund policy

If you paid for Pro and haven't used a Pro-only feature since, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.

Message us with your invoice number. We refund by bank transfer to an account in your name, usually within 5 working days: WhatsApp 0811-3881-8443

After 7 days, or once Pro-only features were used, payments are not refundable.
